My name is Bernd Rössler, I am 20 years old and I graduated as a certified fitness trainer with distinction in summer 2018. Sport runs like a red thread through my life, as a child I played tennis + soccer for a few years and at the age of 16 I discovered a life-changing passion for me: fitness.

The process to a trained body
Since then, I have become more and more interested in how to build an athletic and fit body in a natural way, but quickly realized that this is a process that takes years and is only possible with constant training in the area of supercompensation, coordinated regeneration and, above all, the most important thing, nutrition. It was clear to me right from the start that I would one day train to become a fitness trainer in order to get even better at it.
To find out more about my future career, I visited the careers fair in Vienna, where I discovered the Flexyfit Sports Academy. Now I want to help athletes in the fitness center to use the equipment optimally and improve their performance, as well as motivate people to get fit on Instagram.
