Triathlon training and I was one of the first!
I have been involved in sport for as long as I can remember. It started with running events as a child, continued with tennis tournaments and led me to triathlon after a few years in the Austrian handball league.
I also always wanted to be involved in sport professionally. But things turned out differently and after graduating I found myself in an office job as a controller. That's not the end of the world. However, in my search for ways to turn the corner, I found what I was looking for at the
Flexyfit Sports Academy . I have since completed the course to become a
certified running coach and as a
certified swimming coach and I am currently in the middle of the course to become a
certified triathlon coach. As these courses are still fairly new, I consider myself lucky to be one of the first to be able to call myself a graduate.

A long-time active triathlete yourself
If you are active in triathlon yourself and prepare specifically for competitions, you already have practical experience in a wide variety of areas. However, the two training courses helped me to gain a deeper understanding of the processes that take place in our bodies during training and to understand important correlations for scientifically sound training planning.
It wasn't just the technical knowledge of our lecturers, especially Christian Almer, that made the training worthwhile, the other participants also made running kilometers on the Prater-Hauptallee and the lengths in the pool more than bearable. I am currently on my way to becoming self-employed and I am sure that, with the knowledge I have gained here, I will be able to help sports enthusiasts achieve their personal goals.
