Cycle-based training - theory
You will gain in-depth knowledge about which training stimuli are particularly effective in which phase and how you can adapt training plans individually to avoid overloading and maximize progress. In addition, you will learn how cycle-based training promotes not only athletic performance, but also general well-being and long-term health.
The aim of the module is to enable you to design scientifically sound and phase-specific training programs - whether for performance, leisure or health. This will enable you to provide your clients with the best possible support on their path to greater fitness, energy and well-being.
