Course content
This course forms the basis for all training in the fitness sector. Special attention is paid to the areas of strength and coordination training. Among other things, equipment-assisted strength training, free weight training with dumbbells and barbells, functional strength training, general sports nutrition, endurance training and sensorimotor skills are taught. The course also includes 30 hours of practical training in which you will consolidate what you have learned on your own.
Training objective/area of activity
With this course you are ready to work as a trainer in a fitness studio. Among other things, you will be able to answer questions about fitness, instruct your customers on the fitness equipment, give training advice, draw up training plans and be a good motivator. You will therefore acquire all the skills you need to make a successful start in the fitness industry.
