I was already enthusiastic about sport as a teenager. I tried cycling, tennis, golf and athletics and practiced all sports as an amateur. I have been practicing different types of yoga for 20 years for my inner balance and mental strength. It helps me to cope with tough, demanding competitions and new challenges more easily and with greater strength, and running has always been a part of my life and my "sports career".
