Career as a fitness and personal trainer started as an experiment
Hello, I'm Karl Wallner, and I completed my training at the "Flexyfit Sports Academy" to become a Dipl. Professional Health Fitness Personal Trainer at the "Flexyfit Sports Academy". Before that, I started my own strength training as an experiment. I wanted to achieve the same natural results as Ryan Reynolds for a movie role in the same amount of time. I didn't even know if it was possible and I prepared myself for a very hard time, and in the end I was able to surpass Ryan.
That was the reason or the desire to start a career and show it to other people. So I enrolled at the Flexyfit Sports Academy and had an incredibly good time there during my training. It was very varied, entertaining, diverse and, on top of that, I received support from the people in charge even after the training. So you weren't simply dropped after completing the training, but were even looked after afterwards.
I have my own brand Gym Clothing and a Facebook presence with 10,000 followers
Now a successful personal trainer
Since then, my best result was a weight loss of 41 kg for a client who was able to start a completely new life after my support. I got jobs in fitness studios as a trainer and at the reception desk, train countless girls and guys privately, and have specialized in "aesthetics" - the aesthetics of the human body. A trained body that you can see is a testament to enormous discipline, extreme work and the "key factor": Mindset or willpower. I build this primarily with my clients, even before a barbell or training device is touched.
Even more happened after the training. I now have my own "Gym Clothing" fitness clothing brand, a Facebook presence that is currently approaching 10,000 followers and am currently writing a book that describes exactly how I achieved my body transformation. I am very proud of what I have achieved in conjunction with the Flexyfit Sports Academy and my plans don't stop there as I want to be even more successful and am working hard to achieve this.
