Success Story Alina Schnetzer

Certified health fitness and personal trainer

Alina Schnetzer
My name is Alina Einsle. I've just turned 30, but I feel much fitter on a sporting level than I did when I was 20, thanks in part to Flexyfit 's training, my many years in a club and my job in the sports sector. I started my training to become a Health Fitness & Personal Trainer in May 2018. Due to a move to another federal state and a career change, the completion was delayed somewhat, but new year, new luck. I successfully completed the academy in January 2019.
The main reason for training at Flexyfit was that I did my master's degree in business education and knew from the start that I wouldn't be able to work full-time as a teacher straight away. I needed a second mainstay where I could also deal with people and, more importantly, something I enjoy. I'm very sporty myself, in addition to volleyball (I've been a national league player in the club for over 15 years) I also enjoy fitness, running and love the mountains. So it seemed perfect for me to combine my passion with professional training. Flexyfit had the best offer for me personally in terms of time and I was also impressed by the certificates and feedback . In the end, I am really very satisfied with the training. I enjoyed it, but I also learned a lot. I was fascinated by the many different personalities as trainers, everyone was able to shine in their own area and pass on the material to us with so much know-how on a personal basis. Even anatomy became incredibly interesting and exciting. I really enjoyed the practical subjects, as they made me more and more comfortable with the barbell and I now enjoy training full-body exercises with it myself.

So it seemed perfect for me to combine my passion with professional training.

As is so often the case, plans were thrown overboard. Instead of staying in Innsbruck, teaching and giving fitness classes, I moved to Ried with my boyfriend, who is a professional volleyball player. I now work here at Sportunion Ried as sports director. My responsibilities also include running my own fitness course and looking after the weight room. I love working in sport and always have new challenges to take on. My new project will be one in which I train overweight people for 12 weeks and teach them about endurance and strength training.
I believe that the combination of my pedagogical training, my interaction with people and my expertise in the field of sport make me a trustworthy and popular fitness and personal trainer. My further goals are definitely linked to new challenges in the sporting field. I want to achieve goals together with different age and target groups and have fun doing it. The best thing is that I can also keep fit myself. My motto in life is, among other things, "The secret to success is to get started!" So motivation on, head off and off you go! This applies to every area of life.
