Cycle documentation & cycle disorders
In this module, you will learn how cycle documentation is used as a central tool in women's health coaching. You will gain an overview of modern tracking methods and learn how to interpret cycle data correctly in order to recognize individual patterns, peculiarities and possible disorders at an early stage.
In addition, various cycle disorders such as amenorrhea, irregular cycles or hormonal imbalances will be discussed. You will learn about the causes behind these disorders and the effects of hormonal contraceptives, in particular the contraceptive pill, on the natural cycle.
The aim of the module is to enable you to carry out cycle analyses professionally, adapt coaching approaches individually and support your clients competently in optimizing their cycle and health awareness .
