If you have already dealt with the topic, you will certainly know what burnout is. But for those who don't yet know: Burnout is a state of total physical, mental and emotional exhaustion. It is a result of stress that is sustained over a long period of time and leads to inner resignation.
In 2019, the WHO (World Health Organization) defined burnout as a "syndrome, characterized by fatigue, loss of interest, and increased negative thinking and feeling".
The person affected feels drained, empty and helpless. Work seems pointless, they no longer feel like socializing and increasingly withdraw. This doesn't sound so bad at first, but it can have a very negative impact on the lives of those affected.
Unfortunately, burnout is affecting more and more people. Many people suffer from the consequences of burnout without knowing what to do or how to deal with it.
In this workshop you will learn what burnout is, what causes it and how to deal with it. You will also learn how to protect yourself from burnout.
