Our nutritionists will discuss a wide range of quick and healthy breakfast options with you and the benefits of the individual ingredients. They will also discuss the myths surrounding breakfast and the reasons why it is consideredthe "most important meal of the day".
Some of the recipes will be tried out and tasted on the spot to ensure that fun and flavors are not neglected!
The workshop is suitable for anyone who is interested in a balanced, healthy breakfast and wants to give free rein to their (healthy) inner sweet tooth.
If you want to learn more about macro- and micronutrients, different types of diets, food labeling and much more, we recommend our training course to become a nutrition trainer. This course can be completed both as a face-to-face course and as a distance learning course.
