About Mareike
I have been working as a freelance yoga and Pilates teacher, relaxation trainer and systemic coach in Berlin since 2017. My interdisciplinary work is characterized by my strength of being able to think outside the box."Holistic approach" is the keyword here. I originally studied event management with a focus on conflict management. However, as I have always been interested in the field of movement, I have completed numerous further training courses, which today make me your speaker. I also have expertise in autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation and alternative healing methods.
I have been living in Rostock again since 2020 and offer various courses under the name"Santosha - Yoga, Pilates, Coaching". I look forward to accompanying your further training, helping you to complete it and, above all, putting the icing on the cake.
