About Matthias
In June 2016, I completed my BSc studies at the FH Wiener Neustadt in the degree program "Training and Sport". From fall 2016, I will start in the MSc program also at the FH Wiener Neustadt. In addition to my studies, I already supervise a cyclist in the field of competitive sports. The medium-term goal of this support is to participate in the Tour of Austria.
In addition, I also create training plans for a hobby triathlete.
My big interests are especially in the field of endurance sports - here I deal with everything that has to do with training planning and execution as well as training analysis. In addition, I am very interested in the physiological processes that take place in the background of a sporting load.
