Matthias Möller, BSc.
Trainer for athletics, fitness and coordination

About Matthias
Why did I become a coach?Sport in all its facets has always been the focus of my life. Due to a rheumatic disease, I decided early on to follow my path in sports as a trainer. By dealing with the diagnosis myself and the experience of my clients in training, I can confirm from my own experience that sport and exercise is an essential key to physical and mental well-being. I am convinced that there is a suitable exercise or sports program for every person, regardless of their motivation, existing limitations or current physical and mental condition. Competent trainers are needed to create and implement the right offer.
It gives me great pleasure to pass on my experience to (prospective) trainers. My goal is to strengthen your skills as a trainer and to prepare you optimally for dealing with a wide variety of client groups.
