About Samantha
My core competence lies in medical training therapy. For over 10 years
in Germany in an outpatient practice specializing in sports injuries in rehabilitation.
rehabilitation. Initially I supervised many rehabilitation groups, whether spinal column,
pelvic floor or knee arthritis.
Then I switched more to looking after athletes and had some clients from
team sports such as soccer, handball and basketball during their rehabilitation
rehab process from day 1 after the operation to "return to competition". The exciting
question always remains: when can I put weight on my body and how can
rehabilitation in the best possible way. I am happy to pass on my knowledge and experience in this area in order to
to enable others to find their way to athlete support.
I have also studied performance diagnostics (spiroergometry) in depth,
as with the analysis of movements, gait patterns and numerous tests to analyze
to analyze imbalances and counteract them with targeted exercises.
I myself have a background in competitive sports (figure skating) and have children who
also train ambitiously in the club.
As the holistic approach to athletes and patients has always been close to my heart, I successfully completed my training as a massage and wellness therapist in 2014.
I am happy to pass on my knowledge and experience, sport remains multi-layered
but the basics have to be right.
