About Helmut
I started with general therapy in 1996 and completed 10 specialist diplomas. I then worked for 15 years at the Army Performance Sports Center, focusing on pentathlon, orienteering, swimming, cross-country skiing and triathlon.
In 2015, I switched to military aviation. I am currently based in Zeltweg and work alongside the Eurofighter pilots with student pilots and Saab 105 pilots. The main task is prophylaxis.
I have also completed special training in the areas of kinesiotherapy, sensorimotor training and functional training and am a qualified triathlon instructor and running instructor as well as a certified nutrition trainer.
In the more than 30 years that I have been working in this field, I have been able to constantly expand my knowledge and experience. I now pass on this knowledge as a speaker and I also look after clients in my practice.
In my private life, I accompany hobby athletes in triathlon and also participate in this sport myself.
