From Crossfit to fitness trainer training!
My name is Barbara Haider. I am 31 years old and completed my training as a certified fitness trainer from October 2017 to February 2018. I've been doing sports for a very long time, in the past more ball sports. For 6 years, however, I have been riding my racing bike a lot and for 3 years I have been doing Crossfit in addition to racing cycling. First and foremost, I wanted to do the training for myself, as I do a lot of sport.
However, it gradually became clear that I would also like to help people get fitter. I also really enjoy helping people to achieve their goals step by step and turning an initial "must" into an enthusiasm for exercise. I looked at various other providers, but I liked the Flexyfit Sports Academy the most and the course content made a very good impression.
I know how important it is to have a balance to the stressful office routine.
And during the lessons, it gradually became clear what was right for me. As I have been working as a freelance UI designer myself for many years and therefore spend a lot of time in front of the computer and have a stressful everyday life, I train with people who feel the same way. Because I know how important it is to have a balance to the stressful office routine. Specifically, this means units that last 60-90 minutes and train the whole body. These sessions are suitable for beginners as well as advanced and professional users.
If the weather permits, I prefer to do them outdoors in the surrounding area, as this allows me to keep the training interesting and varied. My customers like the fact that you can train the whole body in one session and that outdoor training is very varied and you don't need a lot of big equipment.
