Personal trainer in combination with dance and calisthenics
Sport is my life. I was born in Paris in 1982 and have been a sports enthusiast for as long as I can remember. As a child, I tried my hand at soccer and martial arts. At school, I was the biggest geek in PE lessons. I always had to win. My first big successes were in dancing - breakdancing to be precise, which I started as a 16-year-old and am still passionate about now, including professionally at shows and in lessons.
Inspiring and entertaining other people is almost part of my everyday life. I started fitness when I was 20. I quickly realized that my focus and ambition from dancing were not so bad here. After a few years in fitness, I discovered my passion - calisthenics. I love pushing my limits every day with my own body weight. My many years of experience in martial arts, dance, fitness and calisthenics have developed into a lifestyle for me.
My goal is to turn my passion into a profession and help others to achieve their goals.
Achieving sporting goals together
There is hardly a day without exercise. I want to share my knowledge and motivate other people. Fun is the top priority. But it also involves a bit of effort and overcoming obstacles.
In February 2018, I completed my training as a Dipl. Professional Health Fitness Personal Trainer at Flexyfit Sports Academy with distinction. Flexyfit Sports Academy was my first choice as it sounded the most serious and interesting - and I would do it there again! :) My years of practical experience and sound training make me a very competent personal trainer.
My goal is to turn my passion into my profession and help other people achieve their goals.
