From personal trainer to pain therapist
My name is Ebner Alexander, I am 39 years old and come from Styria. In January 2015, I completed my training at the Flexyfit Sports Academy (Vienna) to become a Dipl. Professional Health Fitness & Personal Trainer made. Sport has always been an important part of my life. I therefore do a wide variety of sports in my free time, including skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, road biking, bodyweight training and so on.
After completing my training, I started my own business, EA - Fit Gesundheits - Fitness & Personaltraining. However, as I have seen more and more in the last 2 years that various "people" have pain in/with their musculoskeletal system and were considered "out of therapy" by medicine, I looked for further training to change this. I have been able to call myself an LNB pain therapist since March 2017.
This training has given me another opportunity to treat people with various pain symptoms and reduce their pain and, in the best case, eliminate it completely!
After completing my training, I set up my own business.

I offer individual health - fitness and personal training with a training program tailored to you, functional & sensomotoric training as well as body weight training, outdoor training for every season and running - cross-country skiing units for beginners / advanced.
