My name is Andreas Grassler, I am 33 years old and have the following qualifications Dipl. Professional Health Fitness Personal Trainer and Dipl. Functional Strength Master Trainer at the Flexyfit Sports Academy between September 2016 and May 2017. Before I started the training, I looked at a few other training institutes and decided on the market leader. Over the last 6 months, I have been busy setting up my company and started my own business in August 2017.
Inventor of the balance board with unique rotating function
I work as a personal trainer and have developed a balance board with a unique rotating function in various difficulty levels, which I produce and sell myself. I also have my own small studio where I mainly give one-to-one training sessions, so I want to find the best solution for each individual.
My goal was and is to be a successful personal trainer!
Communicating the joy of training
I have been involved in sport since I was a child and was very versatile back then: e.g. soccer, judo, tennis, skiing, ... But since I was 20, I have been training regularly in the gym and found my passion for strength training there, which I have been doing intensively ever since. Bodybuilding is very extensive and interesting for me. I now support and help some people (including fitness and photo models and others) to achieve their "dream figure" through targeted body shaping.
I enjoy helping other people and training them and I think it suits me very well. This is another reason why I wanted to train in the fitness sector. The most important thing for my customers is personal support and trust, which also requires quality and competence.
My goal was and is to be a successful personal trainer ... But I can also well imagine passing on my knowledge and experience in the fitness sector to other people and also training other fitness trainers in the future - especially practical training, because only the right active training brings success.
