Basic full-body exercises (EMS)
Basic full-body EMS exercises involve static training, where the body is held in a specific position for a certain period. Static full-body exercises may sound easy to perform, but maintaining the required body tension can be challenging even under normal circumstances. With EMS, impulses trigger muscle contractions, requiring not only holding ones body weight but also working against the electrical impulse.
This form of training is particularly suitable for beginners since static exercises do not require coordination skills. The client can initially adjust to the unfamiliar load without additional demands.
