About Gabriel
Hello everyone, I build up my strength and muscles. My goal is not only health and prevention, but also fun, performance and a big upper arm!
With my degree in sports science, a personal trainer qualification and plenty of training experience in the areas of conditioning and coordination, I can teach you how it works.
My training history began before I was even 10 years old. My parents always put me in sports clubs because of my urge to exercise, which was very good for me. Together with my brother, I started doing calisthenics alongside my club sport. This was followed by a long soccer club phase, which I was unfortunately less interested in, until I started strength training with weights at the age of 16. Until I was 20, I continued to train 2-3 times a week, but then the volume of training escalated. 8 workouts per week were standard and were sometimes increased to 12 workouts per week, a point at which the body is at its limit.
In other words: I know what works, I know what's too little, what's too much, and what's optimal! I have tested it on my own, and the technical expertise I gained during my studies in particular has enabled me to continue my physical development without injury.
Another question that always bothered me was: what does sport do to the mind and vice versa? Through strength and triathlon training and the risk sports: rock climbing and kickboxing, I was able to push myself to the mental limit and get closer to the answer to this question.
Do you want to know how to build muscle? Or how to push yourself to your mental limit? Or how to simply awaken your love of sport and improve your quality of life?
Then you've come to the right place!
