Mag. Nicolas Hangler
Sports Scientist
About Nicolas
Movement has been my driving force for as long as I can remember. Whether on the mountain, in the water, in team sports or in martial arts: sport has always been my home. The sports high school and my sports degree gave me the chance to expand my skills in many directions and turn my passion into a career.
As a native of Salzburg, I completed my degree in sports science in 2012 and my teaching degree (sport / history) at the University of Salzburg in 2015.
After my studies, I started my own business in Graz, leading group training sessions in nature and accompanying participants in group courses and company programs - in any weather and at any time of year - on their way to more strength, endurance and joy of movement.
Today, I am the CEO and Head Coach of CrossFit Hallein - and as a CrossFit Level 2 Coach, I help people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals. Whether in personal training, motivating group classes or in cooperation with companies and clubs: my goal is to make every session as effective, varied and motivating as possible - always with fun and team spirit.
I firmly believe that if you make others strong, you grow with them. That's why I love to pass on my experience, energy and enthusiasm every day.
