Functional movement analysis for seniors
This movement test can be used to assess mobility and stability in the ankle, knee, hip, shoulder joint and spine, as well as neuromuscular control. The FMS comprises 7 fundamental movement patterns that make it possible to identify weaknesses, imbalances, asymmetries and restrictions.
In the practical part, the FMS is performed and assessed by everyone. On the one hand, this uncovers possible deficits and, on the other, the participants can train their eyes by assessing each other.
Finally, the test results are used to recognize weaknesses, identify corrective patterns and integrate these into a targeted training cycle.
