No matter whether you want to lose weight or build muscle: There is no way around a targeted diet. Above all, the calorie balance, i.e. the ratio between calorie intake and calorie consumption, determines the success of your diet.

It may well be that we don't eat that much. But what we eat is crucial and, above all, whether it fits into our daily balance in terms of our actual calorie consumption.
In order to plan your diet optimally, it is essential to know your calorie requirements. These values can then be used to calculate the optimum macro distribution to suit your own goal. In this workshop you will learn the basics of calorie calculation.
Using a variety of practical examples , you will learn simple and advanced techniques to calculate your calorie requirements and those of your customers as accurately as possible and adjust them on an ongoing basis. You will also learn how best to divide these calories between the three macronutrients in order to achieve your goal.
