About Martina
During my undergraduate studies in education and educational science and subsequent master's studies in cultural studies with a focus on dance, I completed a series of trainings in sports and dance in order to be able to work with people in a versatile way.My education and professional experience:
- FIT Instructor (BSPA Innsbruck)
- Basic trainer training (BSPA Innsbruck)
- Special trainer training in athletics, fitness and coordination (BSPA Innsbruck)
- Movement and dance pedagogy (VITAK Vienna)
- Swimming coach training (FlexyFit Vienna)
- Trainer in swimming and running sports
- Swimming instructor (from baby swimming to technical training)
- Many years of teaching at the VHS Tirol (children's dance, ballet workout, swimming, fitness, senior gymnastics, back gymnastics, etc.)
My passions are:
Dancing, swimming, strength and endurance training.
