About Carina
Since 2000, I have been teaching aerobics on a part-time basis and serving clients as a personal trainer.From my studies, especially from change management and communication technology, I adopt numerous scientific principles and successfully transfer them to the fitness industry.
Since my full-time employment at Holmes Place (2004), I have been teaching trainers and passing on my knowledge internationally and nationally at professional training centers.
I am happy to share all my experiences with you. There are many mistakes I could have avoided myself in my career and it is my pleasure to pass on all the tips and tricks of the profession to you!
