Mag. Dr. Sandra Kytir
Social Scientist, Feldenkrais Trainer, Instructor for Swimming and Aerobics

About Sandra
As a trained social scientist, I currently work as a lecturer at the Institute of Sociology at the University of Vienna as well as at the FH Campus Wien (Department of Social Work).
Since 2021, I have also been working with the Feldenkrais® Method in my own office in Mödling, which is about awareness in and through movement and a differentiated perception of the body and learned movement patterns. What fascinates me most about the Feldenkrais® Method is the great effect of the smallest movements.
In addition, as a trained instructor (BAFL Linz, in 2000), I am particularly connected to the sport of swimming; my focus - whether in my work with children and adolescents, adult amateur swimmers or triathletes - is primarily on swimming technique, which makes movement in the water not only more efficient, but also more aesthetic. I am happy to pass on my many years of experience, especially with regard to the didactic structure of technique training units.
After completing my instructor training (BAFL-Linz, in 2000) in aerobics, I was also active in this field (including fitness and personal training) for a few years.
