About Kristina
After completing my master's degree in sport and exercise science in Salzburg in fall 2014, I was drawn to medical training therapy. I find it totally exciting and interesting what you can do with properly set movements for health problems. It is fun to follow how you can help patients with pain and physical limitations through movement therapy and show them a conscious way to exercise.During my undergraduate studies, I have been involved in various sports-related activities. I worked in gyms and training centers and participated in scientific projects that examined both health and performance sports research issues.
I myself grew up with sports and was quite successful as an all-rounder in various sports, with tennis and swimming being among my main sports. My hobbies still include sports and the more diverse the better!
My goal is to convey a health-conscious attitude towards exercise and sports and I am happy to be able to contribute my part here at FlexyFit.
