About Mario
My approach is to motivate all course participants through my diverse experience in order to see people from a 360 degree perspective. The focus should be on the individuality of each person, taking into account their goals. I have been coaching athletes in the fields of triathlon, running, swimming and soccer for more than 10 years. One of the focal points of my training is strength, fitness and rehabilitation training. Furthermore, I have also concentrated on the cyclical periodization of women in team and individual sports.Competitive sports (currently Hyrox) and the transfer of knowledge are my passion and have a great significance in my life. Thats why I decided to become a lecturer at one of the best training institutes.
