About Andreas
My career is a living example of commitment and passion in the areas of physical fitness and mental strength. After completing my Master of Science in Strategic Management and Corporate Leadership, I dedicated myself fully to the field that fascinates me the most: the fitness industry and mental training. Over a period of five years, I gained valuable practical experience in the field of personal and group fitness training as a qualified fitness trainer and qualified mental trainer at the well-known fitness companies Body and Soul and Realfits in Innsbruck. My enthusiasm and dedication for fitness and mental strength led me to another exciting highlight: participating in the Mister Austria Final 2017. This milestone was not only a confirmation of my hard work and discipline, but also an inspiring experience that further ignited my passion for personal growth.My path was also shaped by my experiences in the acting field. Through my acting studies and my appearances in commercials and films, I was able to develop my mental strength and presence. These experiences have helped me to strengthen my self-confidence and expressiveness - skills that are invaluable in mental training and when dealing with clients.
In 2020, I founded my own company, BodyMind Control, to help people unleash their full physical and mental potential and become their own "Super Human". As the author of the two books "Super Human Body", published in 2023, and "Anyone can be a Super Human", to be published in 2024, I share my knowledge and experience with a wider audience. In my spare time, I continue to live out my passion for fitness and mental strength. I work out at the gym four times a week, play tennis and enjoy inspirational movies, books and talks. These activities, combined with my experience in acting, have made me the coach and lecturer I am today - always ready to challenge myself and others and always growing.
