Group Fitness—My Calling

Hi! My name is Eva, I’m 21 years old, and in the fall of 2014 I completed my training as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Fitness Trainer at the Flexyfit Sports Academy . I ’ve been active in sports ever since I could walk; I’ve even competed in several running events. But when I attended my first group fitness class at the gym at age 17 and experienced the energy and joy of exercising together, I knew: This is my calling! On a whim, I Googled a training program like that, and the high-quality curriculum and first-rate guidance offered by the Flexyfit Sports Academy won me over right away.Since completing the training, my life has completely changed—I teach Deep Work, fascia training, core training, and yoga in group settings, and my clients aren’t just clients, but truly dear people with whom I get to grow every week!
I’ve also decided to pursue certification as a Certified Fitness Trainer so I can share my passion in one-on-one sessions, and I’m looking forward to a career guided by the motto: STRONGER TOGETHER THAN YESTERDAY!
