With the fitness and personal trainer course, enthusiasm right from the start!


My name is Andreas Prommer. I am 31 years old and completed my training to become a certified professional health fitness & personal trainer atthe Flexyfit Sports Academy in 2016. I was enthusiastic right from the start and knew from day one that I had chosen the right course at the right academy. I completed the weekend course, first in Graz, then in Vienna. I stayed in an apartment provided by the academy, which was really practical for me and worked really well.

I originally enrolled for the sports supervisor course, but due to the birth of my second child I was unfortunately unable to complete the last part, i.e. the sports supervisor course, due to time constraints. I am currently completing a distance learning course to become a soccer athletic trainer A license, which I will finish in June. After that, I will take the fastest possible appointment to catch up on the sports supervisor and I am already looking forward to it.

In my own small studio I offer personal training for people

I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old and have also been doing strength training for 10 years. Four years ago, I discovered functional strength training for myself, which I became increasingly involved with and is now the main part of my training and what I mainly do with my clients.

In my own small studio, I offer personal training sessions for people who want to improve their physical fitness, prepare for a sporting event or simply get active. However, I have specialized in soccer, which was also my goal. I offer soccer-specific strength and athletic training for amateur soccer players. I train the players during the season or in the winter or summer break. I create individual training plans, specially tailored to the player with the aim of improving their performance and, above all, preventing injuries. I think there is still a lot of room for improvement in the amateur sector and it is just as important as in the professional sector.
In addition, I organize functional cross training 3 times a week in the form of a power circle, which is very well received and constantly attracts new sports enthusiasts to me and my training.
