In the Practical Application of Reflexology - Part 1, the training begins with an introduction to reflexology, focusing on the reflex zones of the internal organs, in particular the digestive system and the respiratory system. These basic areas are discussed in detail as they are common areas of application in practice. This is followed by practical exercises in which participants learn the basic techniques of foot reflexology through demonstration and instruction. These techniques are then deepened in independent applications on practice partners in order to gain initial practical experience. In the further course, the intensification of the pressure techniques and the refinement of the touch are dealt with in order to better perceive and respond to the reactions of the patients. Participants also learn how to use reflex zones to treat specific complaints such as digestive problems and respiratory disorders.
