About me:
For my love of fitness and a healthy lifestyle, I decided to train as a Dipl. Health Fitness & Personal Trainer at the Flexy Fit Academy. A great decision that made my training a lot more professional. I am now self-employed as a personal & group trainer. I also work as a speaker at a large further education center in Vienna.
As a kindergarten teacher and mother who has worked in the event sector in the meantime, I have a very flexible, open and empathetic attitude towards everyone.
