Group fitness - my vocation
My name is Eva, I am 21 years old and in fall 2014 I completed my training to become acertified group fitness instructor and as a certified fitness trainer at the Flexyfit Sports Academy . I have been doing sports at since I was able to walk upright; I have also taken part in a few competitions, especially in running. But when I attended my first group fitness class at the gym at the age of 17 and felt the dynamic and joy of moving together, I knew: this is my calling!
Customers are not just customers, but real people of the heart with whom I grow every week.
I quickly decided to google for a suitable course and the high quality and first-class advice offered by the Flexyfit Sports Academy convinced me straight away - since completing the course, my life has changed completely - I teach deep work, fascia training, core training and yoga in a group format and my clients are not just clients, but real people with whom I can grow every week!
I have also decided to train as a certified fitness trainer so that I can also show my passion in the one-to-one area and I am looking forward to a career based on the motto: TOGETHER STRONGER THAN EVER!
