I had been thinking about training in the sports sector for a long time
My name is Manuel Frank (28 years old) and I have been doing sports since I was 6 years old, starting with karate and ending with soccer. I have been a black belt in Taewkondo for a year now and I already give courses. I discovered functional training when I was 16.
I have been thinking about training in sports for a long time. I wanted to deepen my knowledge of anatomy and healthy training with the idea of taking our Taekwondo club further. At the same time, I came up with the idea of a health center.
The decision was made in favor of the Flexyfit Sports Academy. There, together with my colleague Stefan Schwaigerlehner, I completed the certified fitness trainer and the certified spine trainer.

After the training, we began preparations to set up our health center under the name Go active. We currently offer health-oriented group training sessions through Go active. I also work as a trainer for various companies.
On 14 August 2016 , we will open our large, modern Go active health center in St. Pölten. Our training concepts aim to offer comprehensive, health-oriented full-body training to help our customers get fit and make everyday life easier.

We offer a comprehensive training program
Our training sessions range from preventative back training and relaxation sessions to high-intensity interval training.
Our team consists of fitness and personal trainers, physiotherapists, doctors, nutritionists and dieticians. My aim is to make people aware of how important their body and a healthy diet are! Because that's the only way to stay fit into old age!
