Training for senior trainers aged 55+
As a 55-year-old office worker, slightly overweight, I had to undergo shoulder surgery. The subsequent physiotherapy showed me how effective training can be if you do it right. I also quickly realized why my previous attempts to get fit through occasional running, cycling and visits to the gym had not brought the desired success. So I felt the need to pass on this experience, especially to people who think fitness is only for young people.

During a personal meeting on site and a tour of the premises, I knew: I want to do something here! A lot is offered for the money, but a lot is also demanded, and in an extremely sporty and pleasant atmosphere. In return, there are theoretical and practical tools that you can really work with! I was always by far the oldest course participant - no one ever bothered me.

Self-employment is easy
So it automatically turned out that after the certified fitness trainer the Dipl. Health Fitness & Personal Trainer to it. After registering my business and obtaining a tax number from the tax office, I was self-employed and had my first client.
At the Flexyfit Sportsacademy, you are taught and trained by many different professionals with a lot of practical experience themselves, who are happy to talk about their wealth of experience and so I was able to save myself some negative experiences. If you can give clients the feeling that you are there for them with all your knowledge and skills, they quickly develop trust and stay motivated. This success also motivates me and so I have attended valuable workshops to deepen my knowledge and am currently training to become a certified spinal trainer. I'm only sorry for one thing: that shoulder surgery wasn't necessary sooner.
