The Health Fitness Trainer course builds on the fitness trainer course and expands it with both in-depth and new learning content. Participants learn the One2One, i.e. how to deal with the customer, as well as movement analysis and the creation and implementation of individual training concepts. In the extension of the subject of free weight training, additional exercises for various muscle groups are covered in this course. New subjects cover training methods such as differentiated strength training, functional training and HIT high intensity training.

As the name Professional Health Fitness & Personal Trainer suggests, the Personal Trainer course aims to provide professional support for your clients.
