About Cornelia Bernadette
Bernadette has been interested in nutrition since childhood, as she is the daughter of a family of bakers. While her father's side of the family was sporty, her mother's side was the opposite - an area of tension that made her aware of the importance of exercise and healthy eating at an early age.
After a turbulent phase in which she went from being overweight to anorexia and lost over 20 kilos in five months, she finally found her way to a healthy, vital lifestyle. Today, at over 40, she has excellent blood values, a balanced diet and a conscious approach to her body. Her philosophy is reflected in the hashtags #fitnotskinny and #positivebodyimage - an attitude that she lives by every day and is happy to pass on.
In her search for a sustainable and individual lifestyle, she completed training courses in nutrition, sport, mental training and energy work. From this, she developed her own form of nutrition as well as a form of coaching and therapy based on intuitive body intelligence: ORINITION© - n(fl)ourish soul.mind.body. and iMM - intuitive mentoring method© .
Through her own research institute, the HolisticScriptFactory© , and her future training center THE health|nutrition literacy LAB© , she researches and develops innovative methods for promoting resilience and building health literacy for different target groups. She is currently researching the iScriptingModel© , which deals with addiction resolution and addiction prevention. With her company LeanHealth4Business(www.leanhealth4business.com), she develops simple and practical methods for workplace health promotion and health management, including LeanHealthNudges© .
Her expertise is based on over 35 years of experience and in-depth academic training. She has learned from top international performers and deepened her knowledge in the master's program in health management in tourism with a focus on health promotion. In addition, she studied two semesters of management consulting at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt with a focus on HR, organizational development and strategy. She is currently expanding her knowledge through her training as a psychosocial counselor and in the psychotherapeutic preparatory course in the direction of specialist systemic family therapy in order to be able to provide even more targeted support to people in challenging life situations.
A milestone in her professional career was the establishment of the first Austria-wide pilot diploma course for workplace health promotion for jobseekers in cooperation with the AMS Graz in 2021.
A few years ago, she appeared in the ORF format Essperiment, which was watched by over half a million people. As a micro-influencer, she has already tested products for recipe suitability, tolerance and taste and shared her experiences with her community on her Instagram account. Her passion is to support people at all levels - always with the credo: focus on people!
