Christian Almer, MSc.
Sports Scientist

About Christian
"In you must burn what you want to ignite in others".Freely according to this motto, it is my ambition to pass on knowledge at the latest state of the art around sports and exercise. But above all, I want to fascinate the people around me about my own passion and motivation in sports.
I graduated in sports science with specialization in performance and training in Graz. The miracle of man as a complex system consisting of body and mind was the reason for me to further deepen my knowledge in a PhD program.
In the last few years I have worked as a personal trainer and with my exercise planning I specifically take care of endurance athletes from all performance levels.
As a competitive athlete I mainly do long distance triathlon with the ultimate goal of the world championship. But I also enjoy competing in marathons and various ultra events, and seek adventure and challenge, especially in unusual events.
