About Helmut
I started with general therapy in 1996 and completed 10 specialist diplomas for this. After that, I worked for 15 years in the Army Sports Center with a focus on pentathlon, orienteering, swimming, cross-country skiing and triathlon.In 2015, I transferred to the military aviation sector. I am currently serving in Zeltweg, working with Eurofighter pilots as well as student pilots and Saab 105 pilots. The main task is prophylaxis.
In addition, I have completed special training in the areas of kinesiotherapy, sensomotoric training and functional training and I am a trained triathlon instructor and running instructor as well as a certified nutrition trainer.
In the more than 20 years that I have been working in this field, I have been able to constantly expand my knowledge and experience. I now pass on this knowledge as a speaker, and I also look after clients in my practice.
In my private life I accompany hobby athletes in the triathlon field, and I also practice this sport myself.
