Sports Scientist

About Nicolas
Sports and exercise have been an important part of my life since my earliest youth. In addition to alpine and water sports, my sporting roots lie primarily in various sports games and martial arts. Sports high school and sports studies gave me the opportunity to broaden and deepen my movement experience in many directions and to make my passion my profession. As a native of Salzburg, I successfully completed my studies in sports science in 2012 and my teaching degree (sports / history) at the University of Salzburg in 2015. Even alongside my studies, I frequently taught physical education in elementary schools and work as a fitness coach in the outdoor sector.
Since 2017 I have been working independently as a fitness coach in Graz as a franchisee of frischluft outdoor fitness world. In personal coaching sessions, group classes and corporate courses, in any weather and at any time of year in the nature, I can pass on my knowledge and accompany my clients on their way to become holistic athletes.
I am convinced that as a coach, teacher or trainer you can learn an enormous amount and make a big difference yourself, so I am especially happy to be able to pass on my knowledge and passion as part of the flexyfit - team!
