About Patrick
Since 2018 I am a happy part of the Flexyfit Sports Academy. I am passionate about being a speaker and responsible for the location support Graz & Klagenfurt.My biggest motivation is to help people achieve their personal goals.
My experiences from the last 10 years as a trainer & educator are of great benefit to me. From children's vacation camps, outdoor group trainings to back fitness with seniors, everything that has to do with sports and exercise falls into my area of responsibility.
As a speaker, I can pass on the experience I have gained as a trainer, but also as an athlete - my passions include holistic fitness training, obstacle courses, mountain climbing and long-distance hiking. This creates a direct link between theory and practice, allowing the new knowledge to be applied quickly.
I look forward to every day when I can share my knowledge and experience with motivated athletes.
