Fitness training - I turned my hobby into my profession!
My name is Martin, I am a self-employed personal and group fitness trainer and 43 years young. After years of working in quality management, I decided to turn my passion for fitness and health into a career. In addition to my professional activities, I have completed numerous training and further education courses in the health and sports sector.
In 2014, I decided to turn my hobby into a profession and train as a Dipl. Professional Health Fitness and Personal Trainer to do.
In my youth, I already gained various experiences in sports such as judo, tai chi, dance and strength training. I also practiced skiing, ice skating, cycling and other sports as a child.
I motivate my clients to achieve their goals together.

Today, I use all these different experiences in my group fitness and personal trainer classes to provide my clients with the best possible training. My clients enjoy being infected by my energy and enthusiasm for exercise. My positive charisma is transferred to my clients and helps them to train with joy and fun. I motivate my clients to achieve their goals together.
In order to be able to advise my customers even better and more effectively on the subject of nutrition in the future, my next personal goal is to complete my diploma as a nutrition trainer at Flexyfit Sports Academy .
