Kinesio Taping
In this workshop you will learn about the areas of application of taping, e.g. for prevention, in competitive sports, in sports medicine and much more.
We will also look at the different areas of application, such as how to control the muscles with taping or how Kinesio tape can help to reduce pain. Contraindications are also discussed in this context.
You will also learn the practical steps from preparing the tape to applying it to various areas of the body.
For further training, we recommend our training to become a certified medical sports therapist.
