High intensity training vs volume training
The most effective form of training for quick results
After weight loss, terms such as HIT or Tabata training are among the most searched fitness terms on the internet. This is understandable, as high-intensity training promises numerous benefits. "Less training time, but greater results" is also a popular slogan in fitness magazines. But what is behind the HIT-HYPE? High Intensity Training (HIT) is a high-intensity form of training in which short, intensive training sessions are carried out. This form of training is very strenuous and the recovery time after HIT training is correspondingly longer than with conventional volume training.
In this webinar, we would like to explore the question of whether a shorter but more intensive workout can really keep up with high-volume training. And if so, under what circumstances?
The following content will be presented in the webinar:
- Definitions and delimitations of HIT training
- The model of the 4 load levels
- HIT vs volume training and how to perform HIT training.
The webinar is aimed at people who already have a fitness trainer or personal trainer qualification and, of course, also for newcomers with a general interest in sport!
If you would like even more input on the subject of HIT training & functional training, you can also complete the training to become a Dipl. Functional Strength Master Trainer? With us you can deepen your knowledge and continue your education.
