As the name suggests, bodyweight training describes a special form of training in which you train using your own body weight as resistance. Due to the complexity and variety of the exercises, bodyweight training is a functional training method that is relevant to everyday life.
After the workshop, participants will be able to perform bodyweight exercises flawlessly and take home a huge repertoire of exercise variations. The advantage is not only the diversity and variety, but above all the fact that the training can be carried out anytime and anywhere without additional equipment!
The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to get to know bodyweight training or wants to deepen their existing knowledge of it. In addition to the theoretical content, there will of course also be plenty of practice. Anyone can take part, regardless of age, gender or training level.
