Colors are omnipresent: in our reflection in the mirror, in nature, in clothing and make-up. But only when we understand their effect on people and know how they relate to each other can we use them consciously. This is exactly where color theory comes in.
To begin with, you will get to know the color wheel. It shows how colors are related to each other and which combinations have a harmonious or contrasting effect. Whether warm or cool, soft or strong - every color carries a certain mood . You will learn how these moods are used in make-up to create radiance, freshness or depth.
In the next step, you will focus on color analysis. You will observe the skin undertone, eye color and hair structure in order to recognize which color nuances make a face appear lively. It's about noticing differences that seem inconspicuous at first glance, but play a major role in the overall picture.
In the practical part of the type consultation, you will get to know the classic color types, such as the spring, summer, autumn and winter types. Step by step, you will learn how to clearly classify people and choose suitable make-up colors. The aim is to choose colors not just because they look "beautiful", but because they emphasize the natural personality. at the end of this unit, you will not only have theoretical knowledge, but also a trained eye. You will develop a feel for which shades harmonize in make-up and how you can use color in a targeted way to create a look that is lively, harmonious and expressive.

Facial analysis
How does a face change when light and shadow are used in a targeted way? This is exactly where facial analysis comes in: it is about consciously perceiving proportions and understanding the influence of make-up on the shape of the face. You will learn to recognize and distinguish between different face shapes such as oval, round, angular, heart-shaped or long. This is the basis for working specifically with light and shadow later on.
The aim of any make-up design is to create harmonious and balanced proportions. In make-up artistry, the oval face is considered ideal, as its lines appear soft and even. With the help of contouring and highlighting techniques , you can visually approximate other face shapes to this ideal.
An important part of the unit is taking a close look at individual parts of the face. You analyze the distance between the eyes, the shape and height of the eyebrows, the proportions of the forehead, cheeks and chin as well as the lines of the bridge of the nose. The shape of the lips and jawline also play a role. All these details determine how a face looks: soft, striking, open or rather compact.
Train your eye for subtle differences and develop a confident, professional sense of proportion. The result is make-up that emphasizes your personality and shapes your overall appearance.

Skin theory
When we talk about skin , most people first think of skincare products, make-up or their own reflection in the mirror in the morning. But the skin is much more than just our outer covering. It is the largest organ in our body, our protective shield, a sensory organ and an expression of our health.
In skin science, you will learn about the anatomical structure of the skin and its individual layers. You will learn how it works, what tasks it performs and why it sometimes reacts sensitively to external influences. You will learn how to recognize different skin types and understand which skincare and make-up products are suitable for which skin type. Another important part of the course is how to deal with skin irritations and allergies. You will learn how to recognize allergic reactions, how to deal with them responsibly and how to select products that support the skin instead of burdening it.
This practical unit helps you not only to see the skin, but to really understand it. This will enable you to apply type-appropriate make-up that highlights rather than conceals - while keeping the health and well-being of your customers in mind.

The beauty industry is not just about applying make-up, but also about meeting people. Die Kursteilnehmenden beschäftigen sich mit den typischen und stilistischen Merkmalen verschiedener Jahrzehnte: den klaren Brauen und dunklen Lippen der 1920er Jahre, den glamourösen Linien und roten Lippen der 1950er Jahre, den natürlichen Tönen und erdigen Farben der 1970er Jahre, dem starken Blush und Metallic-Schimmer der 1980er Jahre bis hin zu Y2K-Glanz, Gloss und kühlen Pastelltönen. Sie lernen, welche Details einen Look eindeutig in eine Zeit einordnen, von der Augenbrauenform über die Lidschattenführung bis hin zur Lippenkontur.

Zunächst betrachten Sie den natürlichen Alterungsprozess und analysieren typische Merkmale wie feine und tiefe Falten, Volumenverlust, eine veränderte Hautstruktur, Pigmentflecken und abgesunkene Partien. Sie lernen, an welchen Stellen die Alterung sichtbar wird und wie sich diese Veränderungen mit Makeup nachbilden lassen - ob dezent oder deutlich.Auch das Arbeiten mit Glatzenkappen ist Teil dieses Faches: Sie üben das saubere Aufsetzen, Kleben und Verblenden, damit der Übergang natürlich wirkt und die Kopfform realistisch erscheint.

Es sind die kleinen Details, die darüber entscheiden, ob ein Effekt glaubwürdig wirkt. In diesem Fach lernen Sie, SFX-Makeup realistisch und präzise umzusetzen.
Zunächst beschäftigen Sie sich mit der Materialkunde und lernen die Eigenschaften von Latex, Wachs, Silikon, Geltexturen, Kunstblut und verschiedenen Farbpaletten wie alkoholaktivierten Farben und Ölfarben kennen. Sie lernen, wie sich diese Materialien verhalten, wie sie aufgebaut und modelliert werden und wie sie sicher angewendet werden. Der Fokus liegt dabei besonders auf der Texturarbeit, damit Narben, Hautveränderungen und Wunden organisch und nicht "aufgesetzt" aussehen.
Anschließend setzen Sie sich mit unterschiedlichen Wundarten auseinander: Schnitt- und Stichverletzungen, Schürf- und Brandwunden, Einschuss- und Ausschusswunden, frische und verheilte Narben sowie Blutergüsse und Schwellungen. Sie trainieren Farbaufbau, Tiefe, Schattenführung und die Wirkung von Glanz und Mattheit. Auch Glatzenkappen kommen vor. Colors are omnipresent: in our reflection in the mirror, in nature, in clothing and make-up. But only when we understand their effect on people and know how they relate to each other can we use them consciously. This is exactly where color theory comes in.
To begin with, you will get to know the color wheel. It shows how colors are related to each other and which combinations have a harmonious or contrasting effect. Whether warm or cool, soft or strong - every color carries a certain mood . You will learn how these moods are used in make-up to create radiance, freshness or depth.

Facial analysis
How does a face change when light and shadow are used in a targeted way? This is exactly where facial analysis comes in: it is about consciously perceiving proportions and understanding the influence of make-up on the shape of the face. You will learn to recognize and distinguish between different face shapes such as oval, round, angular, heart-shaped or long. This is the basis for working specifically with light and shadow later on.
The aim of any make-up design is to create harmonious and balanced proportions. In make-up artistry, the oval face is considered ideal, as its lines appear soft and even. With the help of contouring and highlighting techniques , you can visually approximate other face shapes to this ideal.
An important part of the unit is taking a close look at individual parts of the face. You analyze the distance between the eyes, the shape and height of the eyebrows, the proportions of the forehead, cheeks and chin as well as the lines of the bridge of the nose. The shape of the lips and jawline also play a role. All these details determine how a face looks: soft, striking, open or rather compact.

When we talk about skin , most people first think of skincare products, make-up or their own reflection in the mirror in the morning. But the skin is much more than just our outer covering. It is the largest organ in our body, our protective shield, a sensory organ and an expression of our health.
In skin science, you will learn about the anatomical structure of the skin and its individual layers. You will learn how it works, what tasks it performs and why it sometimes reacts sensitively to external influences. You will learn how to recognize different skin types and understand which skincare and make-up products are suitable for which skin type. Another important part of the course is how to deal with skin irritations and allergies. You will learn how to recognize allergic reactions, how to deal with them responsibly and how to select products that support the skin instead of burdening it.

The beauty industry is not just about applying make-up, but also about meeting people. In customer-oriented work, you will learn how to communicate professionally, respectfully and clearly with customers. You will learn how to recognize wishes, correctly assess expectations and find out what the other person really needs by asking specific questions. Language is a key aspect of this: technical terms are helpful in the classroom, but can quickly become confusing when talking to customers. You will therefore learn to explain content in a way that is easy to understand without losing your expertise.
One sensitive topic is how to deal with skin blemishes, scars or signs of ageing. Here it is important to remain respectful and empathetic. Instead of emphasizing problems, the focus is on demonstrating ways to accentuate existing beauty. You will practise how to give honest advice without offending and how to give customers a positive feeling .
You will also be given tools for dealing with uncertainty, dissatisfaction or difficult conversational situations : How do I stay calm? How do I formulate feedback in an appreciative way? How do I professionally steer a conversation back to a common solution? This subject strengthens your communication skills and makes you confident in direct contact. You will not only appear as a make-up artist, but also as a person of trust who sees people, takes them seriously and accompanies them professionally.

Im Fach Materialkunde lernen Sie das wichtigste Handwerkszeug kennen. Bevor Sie ein Make-up erstellen können, müssen Sie wissen, mit welchen Materialien Sie arbeiten und wie Sie diese richtig einsetzen.Sie beschäftigen sich mit verschiedenen Pinseln und Werkzeugen, darunter Foundation- und Lidschattenpinsel sowie Spatel, Wimpernzange und Schwämmchen. Sie lernen, welche Form und Beschaffenheit eines Pinsels welche Wirkung erzeugt und mit welchem Pinsel sich cremige, pudrige oder flüssige Texturen am besten auftragen lassen. Denn jedes Produkt lässt sich nur dann schön verarbeiten, wenn das passende Werkzeug benutzt wird.
Außerdem sehen Sie sich verschiedene Make-up-Texturen genauer an. Puder, Creme, Gel, Flüssig- und Stiftprodukte. Sie erfahren, welche Texturen sich gut miteinander kombinieren lassen, wie sie sich auf der Haut verhalten und wie Sie sie so auftragen, dass sie natürlich wirken und lange halten. Dazu gehört auch, wie Sie Produkte korrekt entnehmen, um sie hygienisch und sparsam zu verwenden.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist der richtige Umgang mit dem Material. Sie üben, wie Sie Pinsel reinigen, Produkte lagern und Ihr Arbeitsset so vorbereiten, dass Sie effizient, sauber und professionell arbeiten können.Ziel dieser Einheit ist, dass Sie Ihre Werkzeuge nicht nur kennen, sondern beherrschen. So wird Ihr Make-up keinem Zufall überlassen, sondern entsteht mit Präzision, Gefühl und technischer Sicherheit.

Maximale Wirkung, starke Formen und kreativen Ausdruck - all das gehört zu Bühnen & Drag Makeup. Sie verlassen bewusst die Grenzen des klassischen Beauty Makeups und lernen, das Gesicht so zu gestalten, dass es auch aus größerer Entfernung und bei starker Beleuchtung klar und kraftvoll wirkt.
Sie arbeiten mit Überzeichnung: Konturen werden verstärkt, die Gesichtsanatomie wird optisch verändert und Proportionen werden neu gedacht. Epoch looks
Wie erkennt man auf den ersten Blick, aus welcher Zeit ein Look stammt? Genau hier setzt das Fach Epochenlooks an. Die Kursteilnehmenden beschäftigen sich mit den typischen und stilistischen Merkmalen verschiedener Jahrzehnte: den klaren Brauen und dunklen Lippen der 1920er Jahre, den glamourösen Linien und roten Lippen der 1950er Jahre, den natürlichen Tönen und erdigen Farben der 1970er Jahre, dem starken Blush und Metallic-Schimmer der 1980er Jahre bis hin zu Y2K-Glanz, Gloss und kühlen Pastelltönen. Sie lernen, welche Details einen Look eindeutig in eine Zeit einordnen, von der Augenbrauenform über die Lidschattenführung bis hin zur Lippenkontur.
Ein wichtiger Teil ist das Arbeiten mit Foto- und Filmreferenzen. Sie trainieren, Merkmale schnell zu erkennen, sie in Makeup Schritte umzuwandeln und einen Look zügig anzupassen oder zu modernisieren. Hierbei geht es um Beobachtung, Ableitung und kreatives Übersetzen.
In der Praxis gestalten Sie ein bis zwei vollständige Looks. Dabei üben Sie, historische Elemente klar und authentisch umzusetzen, ohne dass der Look zu schwer oder "kostümiert" wirkt. Dieses Fach hilft Ihnen, Stilgeschichte praktisch zu verstehen und Epochencharaktere so umzusetzen, dass sie auf Anhieb erkennbar sind und professionell geschminkt wirken.

Fantasy Looks
Wie entsteht eine Figur, die nicht aus unserer Welt stammt? Im Fach Fantasy Look gestalten Sie Makeup als Gesamtkunstwerk. Sie lernen die Grundlagen des Body- und Face-Paintings kennen, erfahren, welche Farben sich für die Haut eignen, mit welchen Pinseln und Schwämmen sich welche Effekte erzielen lassen und wie sich Flächen, Verläufe und Strukturen sauber aufbauen lassen. Dazu gehört auch das geschickte Einbinden von Accessoires wie Strass, Federn, Perücken, Headpieces oder modellierten Elementen, um dem Look eine dreidimensionale Wirkung zu verleihen.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist das Charakterdesign. Sie entwickeln eine eigene Figur - von der Idee über die Farbauswahl bis hin zur symbolischen Bedeutung einzelner Elemente. Dabei geht es um Stimmung, Geschichte, Formensprache und Wiedererkennungswert. Sie planen, wie Farben, Muster und Materialien zusammenspielen, damit der Look stimmig und nicht zufällig wirkt.
In der Praxis setzen Sie schließlich einen vollständigen Fantasy Charakter um. Schritt für Schritt entsteht so ein Look, der nicht nur geschminkt, sondern inszeniert ist. Sie wenden Makeup nicht nur an, sondern gestalten: mit Vorstellungskraft, technischem Können und einem klaren künstlerischen Konzept.

Old Age Looks
Unser Gesicht verändert sich im Laufe des Lebens stetig - wie lässt sich dieser Effekt gezielt erzeugen? Genau damit beschäftigen Sie sich im Fach Old Age Looks.
Zunächst betrachten Sie den natürlichen Alterungsprozess und analysieren typische Merkmale wie feine und tiefe Falten, Volumenverlust, eine veränderte Hautstruktur, Pigmentflecken und abgesunkene Partien. Sie lernen, an welchen Stellen die Alterung sichtbar wird und wie sich diese Veränderungen mit Makeup nachbilden lassen - ob dezent oder deutlich.Auch das Arbeiten mit Glatzenkappen ist Teil dieses Faches: Sie üben das saubere Aufsetzen, Kleben und Verblenden, damit der Übergang natürlich wirkt und die Kopfform realistisch erscheint.
Darauf aufbauend lernen Sie, einen realistischen Old Age Look für Foto & Film von einem theatralischen, stark sichtbaren Look für Bühne und Distanz zu unterscheiden. Sie erfahren, wie stark Linien gesetzt werden müssen, wie Schatten das Gesicht optisch verändert und wie sich die Wirkung durch Farbe verändert.

Es sind die kleinen Details, die darüber entscheiden, ob ein Effekt glaubwürdig wirkt. In diesem Fach lernen Sie, SFX-Makeup realistisch und präzise umzusetzen.
Zunächst beschäftigen Sie sich mit der Materialkunde und lernen die Eigenschaften von Latex, Wachs, Silikon, Geltexturen, Kunstblut und verschiedenen Farbpaletten wie alkoholaktivierten Farben und Ölfarben kennen. Sie lernen, wie sich diese Materialien verhalten, wie sie aufgebaut und modelliert werden und wie sie sicher angewendet werden. Der Fokus liegt dabei besonders auf der Texturarbeit, damit Narben, Hautveränderungen und Wunden organisch und nicht "aufgesetzt" aussehen.
Anschließend setzen Sie sich mit unterschiedlichen Wundarten auseinander: Schnitt- und Stichverletzungen, Schürf- und Brandwunden, Einschuss- und Ausschusswunden, frische und verheilte Narben sowie Blutergüsse und Schwellungen. Sie trainieren Farbaufbau, Tiefe, Schattenführung und die Wirkung von Glanz und Mattheit. Auch Glatzenkappen kommen vor. Sie lernen, wie man sie anpasst, klebt und Ränder sauber verblendet - als ein Baustein innerhalb der vielen SFX-Techniken.
In der Praxis üben Sie die verschiedenen Effekte Schritt für Schritt und kombinieren Materialien, bis realistische Ergebnisse entstehen. Dabei schärfen Sie Ihr Auge dafür, wie verletzte oder veränderte Haut tatsächlich aussieht, und lernen, dies professionell nachzubilden. Das Ziel besteht darin, einen sicheren und kontrollierten Umgang mit SFX-Techniken zu erlernen, die auf der Haut authentisch, glaubwürdig und filmreif wirken.

Great training and super nice people. You can tell how much emphasis is placed on conveying the necessary knowledge to the course participants in an understandable way. I was even kindly allowed to take a course completely free of charge after there were somewhat problematic and disruptive participants in my group. I will 100% take more courses with you in the future because learning is extremely fun, especially thanks to the friendly staff!

The entire flexyfit team is extremely friendly, prompt and helpful. The lecturers are competent and respond to the course participants. All learning materials were provided clearly and in sufficient detail. The additional videos mean there is something for every type of learner. All in all, the training and exam went well. I can definitely recommend flexyfit and will be happy to book and recommend further training courses with you again!

I really enjoyed training to become a B-license fitness trainer there. The teaching materials provided are great and flawless. I learned a lot of new things there and always enjoyed what I was doing. The team is great and is always there for you if you have any questions!

The best thing that could have happened to me is this academy. Access to participants is excellent. All employees are very competent, very professional and very friendly. A person can learn so much that it is indescribably good. I would recommend it to everyone. When I arrived in Austria I was looking for something like this and luckily I found this academy and signed up for the course without hesitation. Everything we get in return is worth 100 times more than what we pay. I was able to learn a lot of new things as part of my training at the Flexyfit Academy and was able to take on a new, demanding challenge with my chosen course. The structure of the training courses is very understandable and clear, so that you can master the distance learning course on your own without any problems. If there were any questions, ambiguities or isolated problems, the Academy team was always quick to help and we could always find a common solution. Here and there I would have liked a little more practical relevance. Nevertheless, I always felt very comfortable, had great speakers and with my degree as a qualified medical sports coach, many new doors are now open to me :)
