About Alexander

I have been involved with various forms of exercise and sport since my childhood. My basic motivation or ambition is to combine and pass on scientifically based knowledge from theory and practice. 

Among other things, I have studied sport and movement sciences and have completed numerous other trainings (see references) in various fields. As a trainer and specialist lecturer, I am particularly concerned with acting authentically and emphatically at eye level. 

My education and experience:

- Bachelor studies in sports and movement sciences 
- Bachelor's degree in teaching at secondary level AB - movement and sport / geography
- Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Science (graduation in January 2022)
- Master's degree in Secondary School Teacher Training - Physical Activity and Sport / Geography (graduation at the end of 2021)

- Dipl. health, fitness and personal trainer
- Dipl. nutrition trainer 

- ÖFB D-Diploma (children's coach)
- ÖFB C-Diploma (youth coach)
- UEFA B-License (vrs. completion in summer 2022)
