About Denise
I'm originally from Bavaria and have been living in Upper Austria for a few years now. My life has always been strongly influenced by sport, especially sport shooting. I was selected for the Bavarian shooting squad at a young age and achieved numerous podium places at Bavarian and German championships. My sporting career took me all the way to the German national league.My passion for sport inspired me to specialize in mental training for athletes. As a mental coach and aspiring psychological counselor, I accompany athletes on their path to mental strength - regardless of whether they are amateur athletes or Olympians.
My goal is to support people in the areas of sport and mental strength and to accompany and educate them on their way to peak performance.
